RoHS
RoHS stands for Restriction of Hazardous Substances. RoHS, also known as Directive 2002/95/EC, originated in the European Union and restricts the use of specific hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products (known as EEE). All applicable products in the EU market after July 1, 2006 must pass RoHS compliance.
REACH
The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has in recent years been working to implement a new EU regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. In compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, companies manufacturing more than one tonne of chemicals a year or using more than 0.1% of chemical substances in the production and packaging of their products must register their chemical use in the ECHA database.
EyouAgro is what is known as a "downstream user" - which means we are obliged to inform our customers about this regulation.
We certify, in accordance with the directives of REACH, that our products are safe for use and do not contain any harmful substances.
