After-sales Assurance Policy(Replacement Only, No Repair)
Recognizing the needs of global B2B buyers, Glowyard adopts a “replacement only, no repair” after-sales policy due to the lack of local repair centers overseas. For any verified product defect or damage, we offer full replacement or direct compensation to safeguard your business interests
Coverage & Scope
– **B2B Shipments**: If you receive goods that are defective, damaged, or inconsistent with your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing photos, labels, and order info.
– **Rapid Resolution**: Our service team responds within 24 hours. After confirmation, we quickly provide replacements or compensation according to actual loss.
– **No On-site Repair**: We do not offer repairs or local parts replacement. All after-sales issues within scope are handled by whole unit replacement, or the supply of new parts as needed。
Exclusions
– Damage due to improper installation, abnormal use, unauthorized modification, or force majeure.
– Issues arising after delivery due to mishandling, storage errors, or delayed notification beyond the 7-day claim period.
– All indirect or consequential losses.
Custom Project Support (OEM/ODM)
For unique OEM/ODM orders, we assign a dedicated project manager and expert engineers for full-cycle support—design, production, QC, and all after-sales matters. Our flexible, confidential service boosts your market competitiveness。
How to Make a Claim

2. Attach clear photos, batch labels, or short videos as supporting evidence.
3. Our team will assess and provide a solution (replacement or compensation) within 24 hours.
